A world-renowned skilled musician has denied sexually assaulting a girl whereas she was in a drunken sleep after they'd dined collectively to rejoice separations from their respective companions.
Former Sydney Symphony Orchestra musician Benjamin Lawrence Jacks, 47, appeared at Downing Centre District Court docket on Friday on one cost of sexual activity with out consent.
The then-principal French horn participant went out for dinner with the girl, who can't be named for authorized causes, in December 2020.

Jacks: "No I am actually sorry, I used to be completely hammered and never considering straight. I really feel actually unhealthy. Actually horrible."
Girl: "It's best to really feel actually unhealthy!!"
