Tre Rudolph jailed for at least six years after shaking baby to death near Newcastle

A NSW man who shook a child to loss of life has been jailed for at least six years.
A courtroom heard Tre Rudolph shook the three-month-old "out of frustration" close to Newcastle in 2020.
Rudolph was initially charged with homicide however later pleaded responsible to the alternate cost of manslaughter.

With time already served, Rudolph shall be eligible for parole in 2026.
