A Queensland lady has been sentenced to 9 months probation after pleading responsible to assaulting her son with a wood spoon.
The 46-year-old Gold Coast lady from Paradise Level appeared in Southport Magistrates Courtroom as we speak.
The court docket heard the lady had smacked her son after discovering out he used her bank card to purchase $600 price of video video games.
The lady's lawyer instructed the court docket she had misplaced custody of each her kids.
Justice of the Peace Mark Bamberry instructed the court docket he understood "why she's carried out what she's carried out".
