Information Canines Victoria has launched an inner investigation after its chief govt endorsed Treasurer Josh Frydenberg in flyers that had been distributed throughout his Melbourne citizens.
The promotional materials exhibits Karen Hayes holding a pet, backing Mr Frydenberg because the member for Kooyong.
"Time and time once more, Josh has proven his real look after Information Canines Victoria," the fabric says.
Information Canines Victoria say they're "completely" dedicated to its work as a charitable apolitical organisation in keeping with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Fee (ACNC) laws.
They stated the board had "no prior data" of the distribution of this materials and don't endorse it.
"The board of Information Canines Victoria absolutely understands the considerations which have been raised by members of the group and from our supporters about this matter," they stated.
The ACNC web site says charitable organisations are disqualified for "selling or opposing a political get together or candidate".
