A man has been charged after he was allegedly caught drinking driving twice with a toddler in Sydney.
Police stopped the driver for a random breath test at Oxford Street, Woollahra, just before 7.40pm last night.
The 37-year-old driver had two passengers including a 20-month-old boy.
The breath test allegedly returned a positive result.
He was taken to Waverley Police Station where he returned another positive result, a reading of 0.108 which is more than three times the legal limit.
His licence was confiscated and he was issued a court attendance notice.
Police then stopped the same driver with the baby in the car on Parramatta Road, Camperdown, just after 9.40pm for a random breath test.
He allegedly returned another positive result.
The man was taken to Newtown Police Station where he returned another breath test result of 0.083.
He was again charged with drink driving.
The 37-year-old was granted strict conditional bail and will appear before Newtown Local Court in January.
