Firefighters were called to Sunshine West School at around 3am today.
When they arrived, they were met with flames that were tearing through the roof of the brick building.
The blaze was contained to the hall.
However, a smoke warning was still issued for the surrounding area.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.
