SWAT star Shemar Moore has paid tribute to followers following CBS’s shock resolution to convey again the present for a seventh and remaining season.
Following backlash to the present’s cancellation final weekend, the community entered negotiations with producers and reversed their resolution simply three days later.
The seventh season will convey an finish to the drama with 13 episodes throughout 2023-24, and Moore took to his web page to share the thrilling information.
“Ayyeee!!!!! We did it #SWATFAM!!!” he exclaimed. “@swatcbs is coming again for a seventh and remaining season with 13 episodes!!!

He later appeared in a video along with his co-star David Lim with one other candy message for devoted SWAT followers.
“From ya boys HONDO and TAN, Thanks to ALL the HOMIES, FANS, and BABY GIRLS for using with us!!! [sic]” he wrote within the caption.
“Prepare for one hell of a send-off SEASON SEVEN!!!! Let’s GO!!!!!”
Within the video, Moore mentioned: “Let me let you know one thing; thanks, thanks. We busted our a** for six years making this present, SWAT.

“We busted our a**. They cancelled us on Friday. They renewed us immediately, Monday. Three days later, you already know why? Due to y’all.
“To the followers, since you confirmed us love, you made noise. And we so respect it, and we so admire it.
“All we need to do is do it proper. If we exit, we’re going to exit the appropriate manner. And we’re going to exit for you. Since you confirmed us love, as a result of with out you there’s no us.”
His co-star Lim added: “SWAT season seven; we have been cancelled until we weren’t.
“It ain’t over until it’s over. We’re going to offer this present a correct send-off. SWAT season seven - we’ll see you this fall.”
Moore and Lim acquired an outpouring of feedback from grateful followers, with some suggesting the sequence might even proceed past its seventh season.
@soroush_samouri proposed: “Could be superior if one other community might decide it up after. Or ideally, CBS may very well be extra strategic with the funds and launch merchandise to assist fund the present.”
