A juror in Ricardo Barbaro's homicide trial can be referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions after he disobeyed a decide's instructions.
Barbaro's trial started in Victoria's Supreme Court docket this week, after the 36-year-old pleaded not responsible to the homicide of his on-off girlfriend Ellie Worth.
Worth, 26, was discovered useless in her South Melbourne house in Might 2020.
Fourteen jurors have been empanelled for the trial in Melbourne on Monday, together with 10 males and 4 girls.
