A cruise liner is being sued by a widow who claims her husband's physique was positioned in a drinks cooler following his demise.

Marylin Jones, 78, says the physique of 79-year-old Robert L Jones was faraway from the ship's morgue and saved in a drinks cooler on the improper temperature - and, consequently, his physique started to decompose.
