Two people drown while swimming at New South Wales beach

Two individuals have drowned whereas swimming at a seaside on the New South Wales Central Coast.

Police stated witnesses gave CPR to the person and lady aged of their 40s after they have been pulled from the water unconscious at Frazer Seashore.

Paramedics arrived at 4.20pm however have been unable to revive the pair.

Police stated they have been but to be formally recognized.

Tuggerah Lakes Police District officers have began inquiries into the incident and a report shall be ready for the coroner.
