Legendary hip-hop outfit De La Soul co-founder Dave 'Trugoy the Dove' Jolicoeur dies aged 54

David “Trugoy the Dove” Jolicoeur, founding member and one-third of the legendary and modern hip-hop group De La Soul, has died on the age of 54.

Jolicoeur co-founded the Lengthy Island trio alongside Posdnuos (Kelvin Mercer) and Maseo (Vincent Lamont Mason Jr), and went on to make their title within the late eighties and early nineties, standing out as a extra lighthearted various to the burgeoning gansta rap scene.
