A girl was killed after a big department crashed into her automobile within the NSW Southern Highlands.
A witness informed native police the lady's station wagon was travelling west when a 20m department dropped and hit her windscreen.
The motive force, believed to be aged in her 50s, died on the scene and has not been formally recognized.
Emergency companies had been referred to as to the Illawarra Freeway, between Church Avenue and Burrawang Street, Burrawang, 20km south-east of Bowral, at 4.30pm on Saturday.
Officers from The Hume Police District established a criminal offense scene and are investigating the crash.
A report shall be ready for the Coroner.
