ATLANTA, Ga. - Two metro Atlanta faculties have elevated safety for the remainder of the week after threats of violence.
Marietta Sixth Grade Academy (MSGA) and Newnan Excessive Faculty each noticed threats of violence scrawled in class bogs focusing on Jan. 19.
MSGA found a crude drawing of a gun, the date Jan. 19 and the phrases “Be Prepared” in a scholar rest room. MSGA will crease safety within the halls to “guarantee the best sense of normalcy and calm for our college students.”
An analogous bomb risk was found at Newnan Excessive Faculty simply earlier than 3 p.m. There will probably be an elevated legislation enforcement presence at each the principle campus and Cougar Village for the remainder of the week.
