SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. — An individual has been detained after authorities say they led officers on a chase with a stolen car.
Scott County officers say the incident began with a reported stolen car out of Lexington. Scott County deputies noticed the car on Lexus Means close to Toyota. That is when officers say the chase began.
Authorities say Kentucky State Police put down spike strips, and the suspect was detained on Owenton Street in Scott County. The suspect allegedly clipped a cruiser in the course of the incident.
The suspect's title has not been launched.
