(AP) - Socialite and actuality TV star Paris Hilton has welcomed her first little one along with her husband, enterprise capitalist Carter Reum.

Hilton took to Instagram on Tuesday and posted a photograph that appears to point out the 41-year-old new mother holding her child boy’s tiny hand.
