LEXINGTON, Ky. — A person is arrested and charged with first-degree assault after a taking pictures.
Police affirm the taking pictures occurred Saturday evening on Gerald Drive within the Winburn space.
Officers say 24-year-old Shannon Washington was arrested on the scene and is being held on the Fayette County Detention Middle.
Authorities did not specify if anybody was injured or their situation.
