PIKEVILLE, Ky. — Kentucky State Police is reporting that a man was discovered useless in a river immediately in Pikeville.
KSP says a trooper performed a site visitors cease on US 23 when an individual within the automotive fled and entered the Levisa Fork River.
Native hearth and rescue groups responded to the scene to try to find the suspect.
In the course of the search, 51-year-old Darrel Gooslin was discovered useless within the water.
His physique was despatched to Frankfort for an post-mortem.
