Jay Briscoe, Ring of Honor pro wrestling star, dies at 38

Wrestler Jay Briscoe – whose actual identify Jamin Pugh – has died at age 38. The information was introduced on Twitter by Ring of Honor (ROH), the wrestling leisure firm Briscoe and his brother labored for.

"It's with a heavy coronary heart that we mourn the tragic passing of Jamin Pugh, identified to wrestling followers around the globe as Jay Briscoe. Our ideas are along with his household, his pals, and his followers," the tweet learn.

Tony Kahn, who owns All Elite Wrestling (AEW), the guardian firm of ROH, known as Briscoe a star "for over 20 years, from the primary present till immediately." 

Briscoe and his brother, Mark, had been a tag staff that had their first match in 2002, in accordance with their ROH bio. The pair are 12-time tag staff champions. Jay Briscoe is a two-time ROH World Champion.

Briscoe was simply shy of his 39 birthday. In his ultimate tweet earlier than his demise, he shared a photograph of himself and his brother. His brother turned 38 on Wednesday.
