A Delhi court docket has permitted the extradition of Rajwinder Singh to Australia to face a homicide cost over the loss of life of Toyah Cordingley.
The order will now want the approval of the Indian Authorities.
Singh, an Australian citizen, was arrested in December by Delhi police after a four-year search.
