Locals warned of shark risk after whale washes ashore at beach in Yorke Peninsula

Locals have been warned of a possible shark feeding frenzy after a whale carcass washed ashore at a well-liked South Australian swimming spot.
Shark Watch SA launched an alert this morning warning locals near Dany Seashore at Corny Level on the Yorke Peninsula to keep away from the world after the carcass drifted in.
The group stated the decaying whale would "doubtless entice sharks to the world in the intervening time whereas the whale stays within the space".
