Husband pleads not guilty after wife's golf buggy death on Hamilton Island honeymoon

A person charged over the dying of his new spouse who was killed in a golf buggy crash on their honeymoon has pleaded not responsible.
Sydney couple Robbie Awad and Marina Hanna have been celebrating their marriage on Queensland's Hamilton Island on June 20, when the buggy they have been travelling in rolled. The 29-year-old newlywed died on the scene.
Awad, 30, was charged with quite a lot of offences simply over a fortnight in the past, and immediately formally entered a plea of not responsible at Proserpine Magistrates Courtroom.

Awad – also referred to as Robbie Morgan – is dealing with costs of driving with out due care and a spotlight inflicting dying, failure to put on authorised seatbelt by driver, failure to put on authorised seatbelt by passenger, and utilizing a cell phone.
Awad didn't seem in particular person. His lawyer informed the courtroom there have been "logistical points" as a result of he lives in Sydney.
