A younger boy is in a severe situation after being attacked by a dingo on Okay'gari.
The five-year-old suffered accidents to his head, arm and again within the assault.
It occurred at Ocean Lake campground on the island, previously often called Fraser Island.
He's being flown by helicopter to hospital.
