The Coast Guard was looking late Thursday for a small plane that was reported to have gone down off the Hawaiian island of Maui.
The Coast Guard says the plane apparently was carrying three individuals.
Quite a few Coast Guard vessels and plane have been collaborating within the search.
UPDATE: The @uscg Quick Response Cutter William Hart has joined within the seek for the downed plane that was reported to have 3 individuals on board.
A patrol boat from Station Maui, a MH-65 Dolphin Helicopter, and a C-130 from Air Station Barbers Level additionally proceed within the search.
