The person who was arrested and charged after standing atop a shifting automobile in Brisbane earlier this month has apologised for letting "himself, his household and his neighborhood" down.
Police mentioned they had been conducting patrols at about 8pm on November 5 once they noticed the person breaking the regulation in Brisbane's nightclub district, Fortitude Valley.
The 23-year-old man was charged with willful harm, public nuisance and possessing harmful medication and fronted courtroom at this time.
