Alleged drunk driver charged after stumbling out of car next to police

An allegedly intoxicated driver has been charged in Melbourne's east after stumbling out of his automobile in entrance of police.
Officers have been fuelling up at a service station in Seville yesterday when a automobile pulled up subsequent to them.
Police mentioned a 36-year-old man stumbled out of the automobile and was then breath-tested by police, allegedly returning a studying of .234.
The Mont Albert North man informed police he had been at a celebration all night time and was on his manner house.
