After watching a lyrical children cartoon along with her household, one mom was shocked to listen to her daughter declare she had been sexually abused by her Sydney swim coach, a jury has heard.
Giving proof within the Downing Centre District Courtroom on Tuesday, the mom stated her baby alleged teacher Kyle James Henk Daniels had inappropriately touched her whereas she took classes at a Mosman swim faculty.
The younger woman, who can't be recognized for authorized causes, stated the coach had put his fingers inside her swimming costume and touched her groin in 2018.
After saying she could not say no to Daniels as a result of he was a trainer and "he had his fingers inside her," the mom gave her baby some frank recommendation.
"I stated, 'Nicely, you simply scream - you say no and also you scream for mummy and daddy'," she advised the jury.
Below questioning from defence barrister Les Nicholls, she admitted she had not clarified what her daughter meant when she stated his fingers had been inside her.
"I did not make clear precisely as a result of I did not imply to ask any main questions ... I felt it was extra necessary that she defined it to the police."
The 23-year-old coach faces 21 fees of inappropriate conduct in the direction of 9 underage feminine college students whereas he labored on the swim faculty.
