Australia's Governor-Basic has celebrated Queen Elizabeth II's "tireless and selfless" service because the Commonwealth mourns the lack of the monarch.
David Hurley stated though Her Majesty's loss of life was stunning, it has prompted reflection the world over and an "outpouring of affection".
