A person was discovered with a chest wound after an alleged drive-by capturing on the Gold Coast early this morning.
Police mentioned three males had been strolling alongside Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise, when a gun was fired at them from a passing automotive round 4.30am.
A 20-year-old Brisbane man suffered a non-life-threatening chest wound and was taken to hospital.

"A criminal offense scene has been declared and the Gold Coast Freeway between Ferny Avenue and Cavill Avenue stays closed," police mentioned.
