Man arrested after Melbourne's William Street locked down

A person has been arrested after a significant police operation shut down a part of Melbourne's CBD earlier this morning.
Emergency companies had been referred to as to a William St constructing after studies of a person with petrol cans and "hazardous supplies" behaving erratically.
William Road, Melbourne was locked down in each instructions between Bourke Road and Lonsdale Road as a result of incident.
Police negotiated with the person, who was arrested at about 7.45am.

He has been taken to hospital for remark below police guard.
The scene has been declared secure, and police say there isn't any ongoing menace to the group.
