A lady is in a severe situation after being stabbed at a house within the New South Wales Hunter area.
Police discovered a 39-year-old girl with a stab wound to the abdomen and head laceration after they have been referred to as to Woodberry this morning.
She was airlifted to John Hunter Hospital in a severe situation.
"Stab wounds trigger nasty accidents that may be difficult to deal with as a result of potential penetration of organs and blood vessels," NSW Ambulance inspector Joel De Zuna stated.
"This affected person was extremely fortunate."
A 37-year-old girl was arrested on the scene and has been taken to Raymond Terrace police station the place she is aiding police.
The 2 girls are identified to one another, police stated.
