Officers searched a unit on Bathurst Road at about 7.30am yesterday, after investigating the provision of unlawful medication within the CBD.
Police allegedly seized greater than 600 grams of methylamphetamine, with an estimated potential avenue worth of $400,000, gammahydroxybutyrate (GHB), $16,000 value of gold bullion and $9000 in silver cash, jewelry, and money.
A 48-year-old man was arrested when he arrived on the unit.
He was charged with a number of drug offences and 6 counts of cope with property proceeds of crime.
