A person allegedly tried to stab police with a screw driver and two police automobiles had been rammed throughout a wild arrest in interior Melbourne early this morning.
The incident unfolded after police had been referred to as to stories of torches being shone into automobiles on Arthur Avenue in South Yarra about 4.15am.
Officers arrived on the street to search out two males in an allegedly stolen black Nissan ute, in accordance with police.
Police then tried to dam the ute to cease the lads from fleeing, earlier than the driving force allegedly rammed two police automobiles.
When police then tried to arrest the 2 males, one allegedly pulled out a screw driver and tried to stab the law enforcement officials with it.
Officers used capsicum spray to detain the lads and arrested them.
A 30-year-old Sunbury man was taken to hospital underneath police guard with minor accidents.
A 23-year-old Heyfield man is helping police with their enquiries.
