Magnitude 5.5 earthquake hits Bali

The Indonesian island of Bali has been rocked by a magnitude 5.5 earthquake.

It struck tonight about 49 kilometres south east of Nusa Dua.

Tremors have been felt in Kuta, Denpasar and Ubud.
