Unbelievable footage reveals the second a 4.8 metre nice white shark broke by the plastic cage of a diver, forcing him to make a determined swim for security.
Aerial imaginative and prescient reveals the massive shark circling the field as diver Jimi Partington bobs within the azure blue water. Partington is then thrown into the air, and out of the cage, because the shark all of a sudden smashes by the underside.
It got here after the curious beast made a number of "deliberate" bumps.
Footage of the 2020 encounter has been launched forward of Discovery's Shark Week. It's a part of a documentary known as "Nice White Open Ocean'".
Taking to Instagram, Partington mentioned it was the "closest I've ever been to a Nice White Shark".
"It has been three years within the making and I can not look forward to you all to see my unbelievable journey," he mentioned.

The footage comes day after the physique of a shark washed up in New York after a spate of sightings and assaults.
The shark is believed to be a juvenile nice white.
