East Bay Municipal Utility District officers informed CNN affiliate KPIX 5 a water primary broke on the 600 block of Oberlin Avenue in Kensington, within the Berkeley Hills close to San Francisco, and a big sinkhole shaped.
The primary break is on a 15cm forged iron primary that was put in in 1946.
