'Not Migaloo': Experts confirm carcass on Victorian beach is not iconic white whale

"Officers have examined photographs of the useless Humpback Whale at Mallacoota and have confirmed it's a sub-adult feminine," DELWP regional company commander Peter Brick stated.
"Migaloo is a male.
"I urge anybody within the space to not method inside 300 metres of the carcass."

Macquarie College wildlife scientist Vanessa Pirotta stated there are more likely to be different white whales within the space - however this one could not in truth be white.
She stated it may have died at sea, and the physique may have turn into weathered and bleached over time.
