A person has allegedly stolen virtually $9000 at Melbourne ATMs by skimming victims' bank card particulars.
The person stole money at twelve ATMs throughout Melbourne, utilizing particulars from beforehand skimmed playing cards to withdraw cash from financial institution accounts between December 2021 and March, in response to police.
