There was social media hypothesis Thursday that the Grammy winner had been arrested.

Rapper Drake has not been arrested in Sweden, his staff tells The Hollywood Reporter, dispelling fevered hypothesis that hit social media Thursday evening.
Web hypothesis recommended Drake had been arrested by native police at a Stockholm nightclub. His staff categorically tells THR that the Grammy winner was in his resort within the Swedish capital and had not been arrested.
As documented in a sequence of Instagram posts, the Canadian rapper landed at Sweden’s Arlanda airport Wednesday lunchtime, flying through his private child blue Boeing 767 dubbed “Air Drake.” Since he touched down in Sweden, native media studies say the rapper visited the stylish Ostermalm district of Stockholm and hit up Ciccio’s restaurant.
It's unclear whether or not the rapper is in Sweden to document music or for private causes.
Final month, Drake launched his house-inspired seventh studio album Actually, Nevermind, which debuted on the prime of the Billboard 200.
On Wednesday, Drake revealed particulars of a music competition in his hometown Toronto later this month. The rapper’s October World Weekend is about to happen July 28-Aug. 1, with a lineup together with a Younger Cash reunion that includes Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj, in addition to appearances from Lil Child and Chris Brown.
