A lacking Dandenong North girl and her canine have been positioned after the pair have been noticed in CCTV footage.
The seek for Cara Morrissey was relocated to Melbourne's north after police positioned the footage.
"Please be suggested lacking Dandenong North girl, Cara and her canine, Holly, have been positioned safely this afternoon," Victoria police mentioned in a press release on Wednesday evening.
Morrissey and her white Maltese Poodle, Holly, have been captured on digital camera at Kensington station simply after 7am this morning.
The 30-year-old had been lacking since 7.30am yesterday, when she vanished whereas strolling her canine in Dandenong North.
Morrissey's household went in search of her after she didn't return house and instantly raised the alarm with police.
Relations mentioned her disappearance was "out of character".
Earlier on Wednesday, police referred to as in a specialist search and rescue, police bikes, the police helicopter together with SES crews to assist with the search, which was beforehand centered within the Dandenong North space.
Talking with media right now, Victoria Police Senior Sergeant Chris Savage mentioned they held concern for the lady's wellbeing because of the "very chilly situations".
Savage mentioned Morrissey left all belongings behind and has no cellphone, no keys and no pockets on her.
"She's simply obtained her canine," he mentioned.
"It's fairly out of character based on the household. This isn't one thing she would repeatedly do.
"She is a daily walker however she would normally return after an hour and a half or so."
