A girl and a toddler have been assaulted after 5 males broke into their dwelling in Melbourne's west in a single day.
Police have been instructed as much as 5 males pressured their approach into the again door of a house on Raleighs Highway, Melton, round 11.55pm final evening.
A girl, a teenage boy and a toddler have been dwelling on the time.
In keeping with police, the armed males assaulted the nine-year-old little one. They then assaulted and demanded cash from the 51-year-old girl.
The 16-year-old boy ran from the house to get assist, whereas the lads fled after stealing a gaming console and cell phone.
The kid was unhurt however the girl was taken to hospital, though her accidents weren't life-threatening.
Sergeant Megan Stefanec described the group as being African in look and could also be aged between 16 and 20 years outdated.
