Pair arrested in New South Wales following alleged kidnapping in regional Victoria

A person and a girl have been arrested in New South Wales following an alleged kidnapping in Victoria's south-west final week.
Police say a person was picked up by a girl driving a blue Holden Commodore sedan from a Hamilton handle about 11.30pm on Friday.
As soon as contained in the car, police consider the person was allegedly assaulted by a person hiding contained in the automobile.
