A person has allegedly been breaking into a college and assaulting goats and sheep saved contained in the schoolgrounds in Sydney's west in current weeks.
The 43-year-old man was arrested at St Mary's Excessive College on Kalang Avenue in St Mary's about 7.50pm yesterday and has since been charged with crimes together with bestiality and committing an act of cruelty on an animal.
He's accused of assaulting goats and sheep housed inside a farm on the faculty between April 27 and Might 18.
Police started investigating the alleged crimes after alleged break ins on the faculty had been reported earlier this month.
The person arrested was final night time charged with 14 offences together with break and enter, do indictable offence (not steal/injury), destroy or injury property, commit an act of cruelty upon an animal, enter inclosed land not prescribed premises with out lawful excuse and bestiality.
