A toddler has died after being discovered unresponsive in a river on the New South Wales North Coast.
The 19-month outdated lady was discovered within the Clarence River on a Palmers Island property about 20 minutes after police arrived following a lacking individuals report yesterday.
Police carried out CPR till paramedics arrived and took the lady to Maclean Hospital.
The lady was unable to be revived and an investigation has been launched.
A report will likely be ready for the coroner.
