Police are trying to find a person in Brisbane who was seen with what's believed to be a duplicate firearm.
Officers cordoned off Brookes Road and O'Connell Terrace within the north-eastern suburb of Bowen Hills this afternoon.
Police searched a close-by property nevertheless they didn't find the person.
It's understood the person, who's described as shirtless with shoulder-length hair, left the scene.
Police mentioned there isn't a hazard to the general public.
