Andy Bracek had been out along with his son Teddy on Easter Sunday when the younger boy was attacked by a bulldog pet outdoors Tommy's Italian in Currumbin.
Confronting CCTV footage from the cafe captured the canine lunging on the younger boy, leaving him with a 12 centimetre gash on his proper arm.
