The 17-year-old from Port Kennedy was chased down by a police canine and officers yesterday afternoon after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 14-year-old woman close to the Rockingham Prepare Station in Cooloongup.
Police allege the boy sexually assaulted the woman about 2.15pm.
