A person has been bitten by a crocodile whereas spear-fishing in a distant Northern Territory neighborhood.
The 22-year-old had been fishing round 4am in East Arnhem Land when the crocodile attacked him, injuring his arm and leg.
The person's accidents aren't thought of life-threatening.
Police in Nhulunbuy have been notified of the incident.
"As a result of distant location of the incident, a neighborhood member transported the sufferer to Birany Birany," Senior Sergeant Xavier McMahon mentioned.
"He was then airlifted to Gove District Hospital, the place he stays in a steady situation."
