A senior Perth nurse who claims she was punished for complaining about employees shortages has taken her struggle to Western Australia's Industrial Relations Fee.
Jan-Marie Bailey, 62, was working the night time shift at Osborne Park Hospital on the psychological well being ward on January 6.
