A infamous fugitive on the run from police for 12 years over an alleged conspiracy to commit homicide has been arrested in Far North Queensland.
Graham Potter, 64, was discovered round 8.45am immediately at a Ravenshoe residence, roughly two hours drive south-west of Cairns.
